[panda-users] info about rr_get_guest_instr_count()

Hello,
I would like to know exactly how rr_get_guest_instr_count() works. I 
noticed that if I log every instructions that is executed with a 
PANDA_CB_INSN_EXEC callback it happens that for different instructions 
(and so different values of PC) I get the same instruction count.
Is the instruction count not always synchronized?
