I’ve updated the top-level README to explain panda_install.bash. Helps, I hope.

Ok thanks, I was actually checking on the reports of others. They seemed to have trouble, but I might be diving into PANDA soon.

The master branch works fine. I've been watching it for the last few months and the core of PANDA seems to be stable. Most of the action happens in the panda_plugins dir.

The compile instructions (https://github.com/moyix/panda/blob/master/docs/compile.md) on a reasonably should work on any reasonably recent version of Ubuntu/Debian. Have you found otherwise?

I think Tim has committed a build script a couple of days ago, which pretty much implements what is described in compile.md<http://compile.md>. You may want to give it a go.

Cheers,
Manolis

Is there some repository where I can start with a known configuration and end up easily with a working PANDA build? From what I understand it's hard; we have a coworker here who tried to build it, and he gave me a script but said that it wasn't fully working.

@Simone Do you have a working script of some sort? Ideally we could have some kind of CI going, with some way to allow new users to quickly pull and build PANDA reliably.
