Does anybody like the idea of a pre-build PANDA volume for isolating the
configuration and distribution of PANDA? It would allow authors to quickly
distribute working analysis tools, and thereby allow others to move at the
speed at which PANDA authors update the utility and it's dependencies.

If no one is willing to construct one, I would quickly write one.
