[painp] [PAIN-P] Thank you for IETF124 and new mailing list for PAIN-P at the IRTF

Hi Folks,
Thank you again for your support of the Proactive Analytics and Intelligence for Network Protection (PAIN-P) initiative in the IRTF/IETF.
We had our first informal meeting yesterday at IETF124 in Montreal, with about 12 people in the room and another 15+ people on Zoom.

We now have a new IRTF mailing list for PAIN-P. (Huge thank you to Dirk Kutscher who is the Chair of the IRTF for organizing this).
