Dear PAIN-P organizers,

  the Trello board is confusing. the caption says "16:30-18:30: Proposal 
for PAIN-P Research Group in the IRTF", the description says "Time: 
16:00-18:00."

  i assume that the description is incorrect. can you please confirm?
