[PageOneX] [dev] problem with zip/zip

HI there,
In dev I updated some gems to allow the update_media rake run.
Things are working but something is wrong with the zip/zip gem

LoadError in ThreadsController#edit

cannot load such file -- zip/zip

Rails.root: /var/www/pageonex/dev

app/controllers/threads_controller.rb:1:in `<top (required)>'

 This error occurred while loading the following files:
   odf/spreadsheet
   odf/document
   zip/zip


I tried some solutions, like forcing version 0.9.9 of the rubyzip gem or
adding "require 'zip'" or "require 'zip/zip'" to the threads controller,
but they didn't work.

Ideas?
