[PageOneX] [dev] PageOneX 500 Internal Server Error

Hi there!
Tomorrow Friday PageOneX will be featured in a Spanish newspaper. I expect
some extra traffic.

It would be a good moment to solve the last bugs I reported
recently<https://github.com/numeroteca/pageonex/issues?labels=bug&milestone=10&page=1&state=open>.
One is "Clear Highlighted areas doesn't destroy the areas"
https://github.com/numeroteca/pageonex/issues/181 and other "Pagination for
threads stop working"  https://github.com/numeroteca/pageonex/issues/182

Ideas how to solve them?
