[PageOneX] [dev] D3 and layered png in display view: bugs

Thanks Rahul, everything seem to be working and goes much much faster.
Great work this amazing week!

It's interesting to note the difference in the look of overlying pngs and
overlying divs.

I posted two related issues:

   - Better quality and bigger size for the exported
jpg?<https://github.com/numeroteca/pageonex/issues/154>
   - Wrong alignment of images and bar chart for long
threads<https://github.com/numeroteca/pageonex/issues/155>

   - Threads with nothing coded don't display composite image, as the png
   layer of the code is an opaque white

I still get server errors in threads like:

   - http://pageonex.com/Sasha_Costanza-Chock/drop-the-i-word/ It's a huge
   thread that was created as "open" when it was possible to do so. We should
   change teh status via db to close.
   - http://pageonex.com/valentina90/senso-civico/
