[PageOneX] [dev] Someone is making a thread on the protest in Turkey

I added the backend stuff - admins have a new "user" item in nav bar that lets them see/edit all the user info.
For now I added a "user" page that lists all the threads by a user, and link to it from the homepage "Latest Threads" list, and form all the table-of-threads pages.
