#133 is the essential issue or production. Aalso important:

   - secure back up of kiosko images, in case it closes "in case Kiosko.net
blocks our IP, we'll be "out of bussiness". As a first measure, would it be
possible/fast to make the scraper slowly download all the images from
kiosko in the following days so we have a kind of back up? I'd like to
do that before contacting them again."

Here a list of things that can also be worked on:

   - #120 Wrong encoding in the csv that list the newspapers in dev +
   production
   - #131 Rescue corruption thread for production
   - #137 Terms of Service (I am working on it)
   - #72 Enable searching and tagging threads
   - #98 Slow behavior while coding: loads all the images
   - [no issue yet] Gentle scraping: instead of pulling 200 images at once
from kiosko, make a cron Make a gentle scraper that instead of pulling
100 photos in one minute makes it little by little and more politely.
