[PageOneX] [dev] Less stuff for next milestone: from alpha to beta 1

Hola!
I am trying to make a planning to try to figure out what we
can accomplish this month.

Which of the issues do you think you can you take and solve this March?

Here I share some of the things we commented yesterday:

   - Ed is working in the unlimited selection of areas in the coding
   process #67 <https://github.com/numeroteca/pageonex/issues/67> Now
   solving how to display them. Maybe if you can branch what your are doing I
   can test it, although it is not finished.

   - Rahul is trying to fix the bugs that the rails
update<https://github.com/numeroteca/pageonex/commit/fdebdfbb1549dbd5feab3400d0d070fc3093a91f>created,
such as the color picker in the thread creation. A major problem
   to solve is that now when drawing new areas: they do not get recorded with
   the color-topic and they are not displayed in the display view.
   As Ed is working on a similar issue in the new version of the coder and
   display, I think you should connect!

   - Srinidhi is working on issue
#88<https://github.com/numeroteca/pageonex/issues/88> "Display:
   when a newspaper is not available, calculate percentage without it". Please
   share any problem that you might face.

   - Pablo: css improvements, localization (I have to ckeck with Rahul) and
   planning :)
