we are working on autophagy in S. cerevisiae and want to monitor the ER. I would be very glad, if you could send us for this porpose the plasmid pJK59 carrying Sec63-GFP with its endogenous promotor. The plasmid is described in Prinz et al  J Cell Biol. 2000 Aug 7;150(3):461-74. Please use our FedEX No 1465- 8984-7 for sending.
