[OWW-Discuss] We have no way to let folks know there's a place to enter bugs...

Julius,
Good idea. But for now, we already have a page; I get email when it's
updated using the page watch function. For now, I have no problem with this.
Since I'm typically the bug fixer, I don't mind continuing to monitor it.
Anyone else can watch the page and comment.
If we get to the point where we put in a more sophisticated bug tracker,
I'll hope we can just add a package rather than building it ourself; there
are scores of them out there.
My question for the community is how best do we let people know that they
can use the OpenWetWare:Software/Bugs page to report errors?
