[OWW-Discuss] Weekend diversion: twitter in mediawiki/OWW

I think first step would be to use the OWW twitter account to show
improvements and work being done on OWW. Not by placing the twits on the
wiki but simply by following other users and keeping the twitter bio
community (which is rather large already) informed.

I'll give this a go.
