[OWW-Discuss] Recently visited pages

I think such a feature would be very useful (I frequently view recent
changes to find the pages I've been editing recently which is a bit
more awkward).

But given that we are talking about a sitewide change, I'd be
interested to get Bill's take on it and also have some users test it
prior to implementing sitewide.
