John Cumbers has been elected as the new SC coordinator!  Congrats
john, may you steward the community well :)

As my last demand, I'm going to request that all the SC chairs get in
touch with me and john to give a debrief on their position, and help
brainstorm how to bring in new folks to help them out / replace them.
We used the positions to good end previously to help the SC expand
outside the "MIT crowd".  However, now that there's a close-knit group
of folks who regularly attend SC meetings, I want to make sure we are
still providing opportunities for excited new folks to come in without
feeling overwhelmed.  Any suggestions are welcome on how to do that
better.
