[OWW-Discuss] chat

    I've put up some documentation for the oww jabber chat. Hopefully
    it should make it easier for people to get connected and we can
    get away from the phpfreechat. I'm currently personally
    recommending Spark as the client for all platforms. If other
    people have instructions for setting up clients, please edit:
