[OWW-Discuss] Timeout problem

One way to do it would be to create a Hlep entry for anything like
this that comes up: http://openwetware.org/wiki/Help:HOWTO
Other ways of dealing with it that seem to work is to have a
community forum where threads are suggested and replied to. I find
these useful at first, but then unweildy when they grow very large.
Maybe a combination of both where someone is in charge of migrating
the forum answers to polished help pages is the best way to go.
