[OWW-Discuss] Community project brainstorming meeting

p.s. I just made up the categories to try organize people's thinking
on this.  Feel free to add new ones / delete mine, nothing is in
stone.

General idea is to have a meeting similar to the one we had when bill
came on board to brainstorm technical features to implement on the
site.  Except this meeting would be to brainstorm "community features"
- for instance the SC is a community feature, as are stickers,
"getting started" help pages, etc.

anyway, please add/edit, brainstorm!

i think we can come up with some good stuff here that lots of people
could start plugging into.
