OWW is back online with no loss of data.

I'll post a message to let all know.

The problem was a 'soft-disk' crash: there was no hardware problem. That's
why nobody at Rackspace saw the problem.

We'll review the log files to find out exactly what was to blame.

No data was lost; there was no need to reload backups.
