Looks like it's starting to get better.  If anyone plays around with
it, please email your experience to the list.

Also, if anyone wants to start a journal using TOPAZ as a layer on top
of PLoS One's peer review apparatus -- I think that would be a good
idea, and OWW would be happy to host and support ;)
