[OWW-Discuss] Fwd: OpenOffice 2.3's MediaWiki support

In a way, you can do this if OO can read MediaWiki. You can register it as
an external editor for mediawiki text documents if it's turned on in config.
The problem is there is some per-client config required to do this I
believe.
