[OWW-Discuss] in wiki chat

    I've put together an experimental in wiki chat on openwetware. The
    chat is disabled by default. You need to enable it by going to
    your preferences, the Misc tab, and clicking Enable wiki
    chat. Once enabled, you can go to http://openwetware.org/wiki/Special:Chat
    Also, all pages on the wiki will have a new chat tab that will
    allow you to chat with people also viewing the page.
    
    Let me know if there are any questions, comments, or general
    feedback on the utility of this.
