The focus is on enhancing the technology that supports teaching and
learning, including, but not limited to Blackboard Building Blocks and
WebCT Powerlinks.  In the spirit of Open Space Technology
(http://www.openspaceworld.org/) we are soliciting ideas from conference
registrants on potential topics to discuss:  existing projects, ideas
for new projects, building the open source community (social as well as
policy, governance, or what's needed on a web site, etc)."
