[Olympus] Author list and abstract

Dear Uwe and Douglas,

First of all, I am very glad to hear that we seem to be finally on the right track to get a result. Thanks to everyone who made that possible!

Re the affiliation, my understanding was that it was relevant, who sponsored a participation, isn’t it? In my experience, new locations were noted with an additional footnote if considered important.

Concerning myself: I am happy with the Glasgow affiliation, as I am still a honorary research fellow at the university of Glasgow, and my involvement in Olympus is via that role. I suspect this is true for the rest of the Glasgow group as well, right, Bjoern? I’m not too sure whether Morgan Murray is still formally part of UG…, 

Re the order, I would personally vote for alphabetical, mainly because everything else will be a pain… …it remains clear that the major contributors can get support for their claims in any reference required (everybody is used to alphabetical lists from any large collaboration).
