[Olympus] OLYMPUS proceedings for MESON2014 conference

Dear Colleagues,

please find the draft proceedings for the plenary talk at the MESON2014 
conference in Cracow, May 29 - June 3, 2014 attached (6 pages).

The title is "EM Form Factors and OLYMPUS", so the context is a little 
broader.

The deadline has been extended personally for me until TODAY (Oct. 19) ... 
I am sorry that this comes on short notice (scrambling to get grant 
proposals done at the same time ...). Please send me your commments 
as soon as possible. I am going to submit this tomorrow (Oct. 20) evening.
