Dear Colleagues,

The slides from the presentation to the DESY PRC during today's closed session are available from the OLYMPUS Wiki.

The PRC congratulated us on our progress but expressed concern about the state of track reconstruction and urged us to look closely at more runs. They were also concerned about the difference in luminosity determinations for electrons and positrons. They also recommended more manpower and/or participation from the other OLYMPUS groups.

I think the concerns about tracking and luminosity are also our concerns and that we are approaching them in a careful and systematic manner. I am certain these will be successfully addressed in the coming weeks. As for the question of manpower there is not very much we can do at present with the funding limitations, visa problems between USA and Russia, and other obligations. Also bringing in new people at this late stage in the analysis would not be efficient. We are making good progress and hopefully this will be abundantly evident at our next meetings.

	Thanks everyone for your contributions.

                                                    Cheers,
                                                            Douglas
