[Olympus] PANIC Abstracts

Hi Colton,

The abstracts are OK, the only question is that the low limit on Q2 seems 
to be overestimated. Why we are not able to reach at least Q2=0.5 e.g at 
\theta~20 degree which is still in our acceptance? Might be 0.5<Q2<2.2 
GeV^2 is better?
