[Olympus] Draft Slides for HSQCD Talk

Dear Denis,

there are some interesting plots in this presentation, in particular the 
negative field data.
Unfortunately I see these for the first time, and now they are to be 
presented publicly even before discussing them internally.

Slide 12: Does this validate the "SC lumi ratio" to 0.5%? (Otherwise there 
would be no need for the fourfold ratio to be unity!)
Or rather, the combination of SC lumi and cancelation of acceptances.

Otherwise nice talk. I suggest to add "the" into the title,
Luminosity Measurement in the OLYMPUS Experiment
