[Olympus] Internal note on weights

Dear colleagues,
	Jan and I have prepared an internal note about weights in the OLYMPUS simulation. It is available on the wiki:

We hope this note can serve as a reference in future discussions. We also included four examples of scenarios that might arise. We are prepared to present similar examples and answer questions during a Monday meeting, if there were a need. We tentatively suggest March 3rd.
