[Olympus] Report to PRC

Dear Colleagues,

I am in favor of submitting the status report as it is. 

I am sure Elke will always find some points to raise questions, but this is 
not purpose of this report. We were asked for a progress report and that
is what we have prepared. We should not submit additional material
to questions.  If they have questions, we should discuss them in a 
phone meeting, as mentioned by Douglas.
