Dear Colleagues,

	Please try to have all your sections submitted by Friday of this week i.e. 27 September.  I will then compile a "good version" to send to everyone.

	Axel and Brian will check the "good version" for grammar, spelling, consistent style, etc.  Other people should not comment on the grammar at this time.

	Everyone should make comments on the content.  Whether there is too much detail, too little, other items to include, etc.

	The goal is to have a final version ready for the collaboration meeting in October that can be approved for submission to NIM.
