[Olympus] Author list format

Dear Doug, all,
this doodle poll is missing my preferred choice
D. Hasell + remaining alphabetic author list.

I do not think that it is justified to have us three "orginators" listed 
first, and even if so, it is not clear in which order the three 
"principals' should be listed then.

However I think that you have been the driving force for getting the NIM 
article prepared, and in my view this should be honored in the way I have 
indicated at the beginning.
