Dear Colleagues,

Tomorrow, Friday, November 14, I will send what is hopefully the final version version of the OLYMPUS NIM paper to this mailing list.

During the past week Axel, Brian, Rebecca, Jan, and I have reread the paper in its entirety and made several improvements. We have updated the figures, checked for consistent usage and formatting throughout the paper, corrected the grammar, and made the paper as concise as possible without removing content.

Please look at the paper over the weekend. On Monday, November 18, we can discuss any concerns you may have after a quick read over the weekend.

I would ask that you send any comments you have to me by Friday, November 21, a week from tomorrow. The paper has line numbers so please reference the line number in any comments.

On Monday, November 25, during the weekly collaboration meeting I will report on any changes we have made following your comments and then would like to receive approval to submit the paper later that same day. The plan is to submit to NIMA. This would also be published as a DESY internal report.

Please hold to these deadlines. This has dragged on long enough and is distracting the people here at MIT from work on the analysis.

                                                    Cheers,
                                                            Douglas
