[Olympus] Author list

Dear Colleagues,

	Before we forget everything I think we should produce a NIM paper describing the experiment.  This can then be used as a reference for future papers.  A lot of the information for the OLYMPUS experiment can be copied from the paper on the BLAST experiment but a lot of things are different too.

	I have attached an outline for such a paper with suggestions for which group should write each section.  I hope to have a rough draft ready for discussion at the collaboration meeting at MIT in 5 weeks.  Please send me any contributions, figures, pictures, suggestions, and comments.

	For now please check the author list to see if I have included everyone and have spelt the names correctly for publication.  Also check the institute name and address.  For those who have moved on to other position check that I have listed your current position as well.

	If your funding agency likes to see their name associated please send me the reference.
