[Olympus] SYMB crystal and support

Dear Olympus colleagues,

We, the Mainz people, went yesterday to DESY and came back today with all t=
he components of the SYMB detector.

When putting everything away in boxes, taking one of the 9 crystal cluster =
(they are all together, taped) we realised there was one crystal missing in=
 a corner; its PMT was there unglued.

Also the support-table of the whole detector wasn't there (check attached p=
icture).

The crystal is like 1000 or 2000 euro and the parts of the support 1000.

Does any one know anything about this?

We know there was an issue with our plastic boxes; people (not from out gro=
up) took things out and in.
