[Olympus] Draft Agenda for OLYMPUS Meeting 8-12 July, 2013, at MIT

Dear Colleagues,

	Attached is a rough draft agenda for the OLYMPUS collaboration meeting to be held at MIT the week of 8-12 July, 2013.

	Since not everyone will be able to attend the meeting at MIT the main meetings are  scheduled in the mornings so colleagues in Germany can attend via SeeVogh.

	In the mornings of Monday and Tuesday we will have our regular presentations on the current status.

	At other times during the week we would like to have workshops on specific topics.  These workshops are not for people to present the work they are doing or have done; that should be in the main meetings Monday and Tuesday.  The workshops should be directed discussions on the work still to be done on each topic, the approaches to be taken, cross-checks that need to be done, who will do what, etc.

	At the moment Monday and Tuesday have sessions both in the morning and afternoon.  The rest of the week only has topics assigned for the morning.

	If there are additional topics that people feel require time please let me know.  If people have things they would like to present during the main meeting please send me a title and an estimate of the time required.
