[Olympus] ToDo-List / Update to repo

Hi all,

Please have a look at the todo list on the wiki
   https://olympus-docu.hiskp.uni-bonn.de/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=todo
and add/modify tasks as you see fit. Also, please add your names to  the 
tasks you are planning to work on, and if you are actively working on 
any of those right now, mark them bold (with **text**).

I also updated the olympus repo. It includes now some helper code to 
make monitoring of slowctrl channels easier and faster. Have a look at 
the documentation of the slow ctrl plugin, the new stuff is below

As a reminder: If you have a personal or group repo: To update from the 
olympus repo, go to your directory and use the command:
  git pull gitolite at oweb:olympus_release master

This will cross-merge any updates from release into your repo. 
Otherwise, the codebase in your repo will not receive any updates!
