[Olympus] Shifts

Dear Colleagues,

	The shift schedule has been updated on the Wiki page.  If there are any changes please let me know so I can keep the schedule up to date.

	Regarding running over Christmas and New Year's.  We have decided that we will have enough manpower to operate the OLYMPUS shifts.  We would still like to have more people available so the load can be shared a bit more evenly.  So if you are available please indicate this still on the Doodle poll.

	We are now waiting to hear back from the DORIS operations group whether or not they can get enough people to operate the accelerators over the same period.

	As soon as we know I will contact people about taking shifts so that you can make travel plans, etc.
