[Olympus] BBQ - Tonight - Building 66

Hi everyone,

we are having a barbecue tonight at 7pm in front of building 66. To avoid any 
confusion i will give some facts.

We will get charcoal and beer (and possibly some softdrinks and snacks) for 
this we will collect a lump-sum of about 5€ per person. 

Concerning food we follow a "bring your own policy".
