[Olympus] Collaboration meeting agenda

Dear Colleagues,

	The attached PDF document gives what is hopefully the final agenda for the collaboration meeting.

	Note that some topics may appear to be listed more than once.  For example there are entries for the symmetric Moller detector under hardware, luminosity, and analysis.  I hope these are distinct topics.  The hardware presentation should just cover the new survey and improvements to the collimator and electronics.  Under luminosity there should be a presentation of the luminosity measurements, calculations, and corrections.  For analysis studies of ep elastic scattering using the Moller detector would be suitable.
