[Olympus] Agenda for OLYMPUS Collaboration Meeting, 16-17 January, 2012

Dear Colleagues,

	Attached please find the agenda for the collaboration meeting to be held Monday and Tuesday in the seminar room of building 66 at DESY.  

	The meeting will also be broadcast via EVO.  Information for connecting to the OLYMPUS EVO meeting is available at:

	This meeting will focus on the status of the various components and their readiness for the first data run which will begin in one week.  Each component should also report on the analysis software which will be needed to verify that the component is working properly during the run and the integration of this analysis software with the offline framework.

	Tuesday there will be a presentation and discussion on the organisation for the data run.
