[Olympus] OLYMPUS Collaboration Meeting, 12-13 April, 2012

Dear Colleagues,

	The next OLYMPUS collaboration meeting will be held Thursday and Friday, 12-13 April, 2012 at DESY.  This meeting is just before the PRC meeting at DESY so it is important that we have results from the first data period which ended this past Monday.

	In addition to looking for the ep events and understanding the rates in relation to the luminosity measurements we should also look at systematic effects in all detectors by analysing the numerous runs with beam offset, angles, low intensity beam and target density, empty target, etc.

	Please prepare everything for this meeting in April so we can collect all the data together and still have some time to correct things before the PRC presentations.
