[Olympus] Proposed Agenda for Collaboration Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

	Attached is the proposed agenda for the OLYMPUS Collaboration Meeting, Thursday and Friday, 8-9 September, 2011.

	The main interest in this meeting will be to review the detector performance from the August test run period and to present the plans for improving / finalizing the development of all components.  We will also outline the plans for the September test run period which is scheduled for the following week and for the October test run.  Finally we also want to fix a date for the next collaboration meeting, determine a speaker for the PRC, and ensure that we are on schedule for the first data runs in 2012.
