[Olympus] toroid

Dear all,

recently York Holler asked me what precision and reproducibility we need 
for the readout of the toroid current.

Apart from that we should think about if we want some other means to 
monitor the toroid field, for example a Hall probe in addition to the 
toroid power supply current readout.

These two questions should be addressed during the upcoming 
collaboration meeting.
