[Olympus] Preparation for service week

Dear colleagues,

as we have discussed on Monday, we should have another brief meeting on how to proceed with the coming up service week.
Obviously we have a lot of uncertainties in the game, but I think we should try to plan at least the first 2 days and maybe discuss overlapping tasks e.g. cosmic data taking etc.
We planned to have this meeting after the today's offline meeting, which might be of common interest anyway. So please come to this meeting in the seminar room in building 66 or use our standard EVO link.
Meeting will start at 4 pm Hamburg time (10 am Boston).
