[Olympus] Extended Monday meeting

Hi,
this is a reminder that the plan is to have an extended meeting on 
Monday October 17 to discuss the current status of OLYMPUS and to collect 
the materials needed for the presentation at the PRC review on October 25.

The meeting starts on Monday 10/17 at 14:00 / 08:00am Eastern in the Bd. 
66 seminar room and is broadcast in EVO as usual.

We need to have reports from

TARGET
TOF
WC
GEM
MWPC
SYMB
SLOW
OFFLINE

We shall also review the plans for the upcoming beamtest 10/24-29.
