[Olympus] Switch off of most equipment in the hut

Dear colleagues,

I'm investigating the noise issue on the power lines at the moment with Peter Goettlicher, a DESY expert. Therefore I have switched off all the crates in Rack 1-4.
So no need to worry, that you can not communicate to the corresponding CPUs.
I will inform you as soon as everything is switched back on.
