[Olympus] Next collaboration meeting

Dear Colleagues,

	I have created a Doodle poll to select the dates for our next collaboration meeting.  The link to the poll is:

	The next OLYMPUS collaboration meeting should be before the start of data taking to review status, plan for finishing any work, and to prepare for the first physics runs. I believe two days are needed but we will organize things to not fill all the time so some really work can still be done as well.

	Please indicate when you WOULD be able to attend, when you WOULD NOT be able to attend, and when you MIGHT be able to attend. Thank you.
