[Olympus] Draft agenda for OLYMPUS Collaboration Meeting 27-28 June, 2011

Dear Colleagues,

	Attached please find a draft for the OLYMPUS Collaboration meeting to be held at DESY, 27-28 June.

	The plan is to start with the usual organisational issues Monday morning.  In particular the election of new Spokesman and Deputy Spokesman (send in your nominations).

	Then I would like hear the results of the test beam studies.  Possibly this can be an opportunity for the students involved in the test beam studies to make presentations.

	In the afternoon Monday we will go through all detector components,  their status, and readiness for rolling the detector into the ring on 15 July.

	Tuesday morning we start with data acquisition, trigger, and plans for offline analysis.  These should be relatively brief presentations with discussion.  Next there will be time for presentations of any Monte Carlo studies.

	Tuesday afternoon we will go over the schedule and plans for rolling-in the detector mid-July followed by a presentation on how we can measure the beam energy and the plans for running the accelerator after the detector is in the ring.

	I would also like to discuss the plans for testing all components BEFORE we roll into the ring to verify integration with the data acquisition and slow control and to test with and without magnetic field.

	If there are any comments, suggestions, or additional presentations please contact me as soon as possible.
